Jon Randall

Jon Randall joined Learning Collider in 2025 as the Head of Partnerships for Education, bringing with him a deep passion for using data to accelerate the pace of learning and innovation in education. He believes that when schools and nonprofits have access to the right data—and the tools to interpret it—they can make faster, more confident decisions that drive meaningful outcomes for students.
Jon brings more than two decades of experience in data strategy, systems design, and organizational operations. Before joining Learning Leaders, he served as VP of Student Data at City Year, where he led national efforts to collect, manage, and analyze student performance data across 53 districts in 29 cities. He has also served as Senior Director of Information Systems at FirstLine Schools in New Orleans, where he built foundational data infrastructure and reporting systems to help educators act quickly on student progress. His career reflects a consistent focus on integrating technology, analytics, and strategy to amplify social impact.
Jon’s superpower lies in helping mission-driven organizations streamline data operations to deepen their impact. He enjoys cultivating and leading cross-sector partnerships and is driven by the belief that clear, actionable information and research are among the most powerful levers for advancing educational equity and organizational effectiveness.
