Erica Lawrence is Learning Collider’s Workforce champion, leading client operations and partnerships for an Innovation Initiative, StellarEmploy. Her role merges client success, project management, process development, workflow improvements, and data-driven insights.
Whether solving persistent recruiting and retention challenges with clients or supporting job applicants through their employment journey, Erica utilizes active listening skills and empathy superpowers in order to define problems and propose effective solutions.
Emotional intelligence and understanding guide Erica in her people-first work and her community service commitments. Erica volunteers her time and superpowers as a cancer awareness, prevention, and healing advocate through the LME Cancer Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers.
Erica is also the Founder of her own consultancy, 3E Project Solutions. She is an Alumni Board Member and MBA Mentor at the University of North Carolina Greensboro (UNCG) Bryan School of Business. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, dancing, and spending quality time with her daughter and family.
